About the Artist
Madhvi Dhanak
Madhvi Dhanak is a visual artist. Born and brought up in Bahrain, Madhvi completed her master's in fine arts from ICS, Scranton, in the year 1997. She started painting at an early age with various mediums. Her medium of choice is watercolours, as a thorough nature enthusiast, her artworks depict her love for the Beauty around. I started painting young age of 9, participated in a number of school/ Interschool Art competitions. Later did my Masters in Fine arts, Scranton PA in 1997. I have been teaching Arts to all age groups, giving workshops in various mediums in Bahrain ( where I reside). I have done two solo shows in Bahrain and several Group show in Bahrain, Mumbai and Delhi. I feel everything around me is bursting with life and energy and being a nature enthusiast I love to capture the moment, my new Abstract contemporary Art is an expression of my Journey.
