Return and Refund

Return and Refund PolicyWe want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return items within seven to fourteen days of delivery.Return Eligibility

You can return an item if it is unused and undamaged. The item must be in its original packaging. The artwork or product must not have been altered in any way.Items You Cannot Return

Custom orders cannot be returned. Commissioned pieces that were made specifically for you cannot be returned. Digital items and downloadable content cannot be returned.How to Return an Item

Step one: Contact our support team at support@dolnaart.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step two: You will receive a return authorisation and a prepaid shipping label by email.

Step three: Pack the item carefully and ship it back using the prepaid label provided.

Step four: Our team will inspect the returned item when we receive it.

Step five: Once we approve the return, we will process your refund.Refund Timeline

Inspection of your returned item takes three to five business days. Processing your refund takes five to seven business days after inspection. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not refundable. However, if the item arrived damaged or defective, we will refund the shipping cost as well.

Standard shipping takes three to five business days. The cost is one hundred to five hundred rupees depending on your location.

Express shipping takes one to two business days. The cost is five hundred to one thousand rupees.

Free shipping is available on all orders above five thousand rupees.International Shipping

We ship to more than fifty countries worldwide.

USA, UK, Canada, and Australia: seven to fourteen business days.

Europe: seven to fourteen business days.

Asia and Pacific region: five to ten business days.

All artworks are packed securely using bubble wrap, padding, and protective boxes. We take special care to ensure paintings, sculptures, and delicate items arrive safely.Insurance

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.

You agree not to post, upload, or sell counterfeit artworks or stolen content. You agree not to harass, threaten, or defame other users or artists.You agree not to create fake accounts or impersonate other people.

 

Intellectual Property

All artworks on DolnaArt belong to their respective artists. The artists retain all rights to their work. You cannot reproduce, copy, or sell artworks without permission from the artist.

DolnaArt owns the website design, code, and platform. You cannot copy our website design or code.

Limitation of Liability

DolnaArt is provided as is without any warranty or guarantee. We do not guarantee that the website will always work without problems.

DolnaArt is not liable for indirect, accidental, or special damages. DolnaArt is not liable for lost profits or lost business.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration. Indian law will apply. The location for legal proceedings will be in India.

Modifications

DolnaArt can modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes. If you continue using DolnaArt after changes are made, you accept the new terms.

Account Termination

DolnaArt can terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.
